Excellent service

I registered over a month ago using an affiliate link with a code. To redeem the code you must send KYC verification etc. I did that over a month ago and they still haven't looked at my documents..I have multiple times tried to reach out to them via email and live chat. They haven't answered to me neither via email or live chat. Not gonna even bother to try again.
