Excellent service
I had placed my original order on 30th November for a christmas gift set of Delirium beer with a decorative beer glass, however I had no updates for a week and did not receive any updates until I emailed the company a week later.
Iniitally the response was positive as they explained the set had been damaged and were awaiting a new delivery before dispatching a new delivery to my address. The package did arrive on Wednesday 17th December and to my disappointment the beet glass was shattered, the gift box was damaged. Furthermore the gift set was not packaged securely , as there was alot of space for the item to move around. If it had been packaged securely with bubble wrap and a smaller box as this would minimise the likelihood of damage.
I sent an email on 17th December,followed by a further email on 21st December to request a refund. I have not received any responses from the company to confirm the refund. In short I would not reorder from the company again.
