Excellent service

I won't be buying my groceries online from Asda again. I had a problem last time and Customer Service (i.e the Call Centre) was abysmal.No help at all. I'm not going to waste time telling them what went wrong because their system is so bad they obviously must know full well it isn't working and just aren't bothered.
