Excellent service

All our insurances are covered by Codan. We have this recent instance relating to travel instance I have to provide feedback. During the summer we were in Baku, when my husband got ill. We called SOS international, they could not provide any hospital to go, therefore they informed that we could go whatever we found. Coming back to Denmark we submitted the invoices to Codan. They informed us that the cost are below the limit within our insurance policy but they look into it and come back. This was in August, today is November and still no outcome of the issue.
