Excellent service

I asked them for 1 key repair, and they said no, and then I asked if I bought the parts, and they did it, but they didn't want to, and they couldn't. Crazy because I even offered money to just put it on. This is crazy!!! I offered to just go there with my parts so they could just put it on, but no, not today. I have to search it on the internet how to do it and probably break it.
