The service was fantastic. I phoned the Belfast store and they were able to tell me the stock level of the item I wanted. I could have gone in store to purchase but I opted to buy over the phone for home delivery. The delivery didn’t arrive on the day expected so I emailed the store the next day and they replied almost immediately. They contacted the courier and kept me up to date as the courier arrived that very day. Not often you get customer service like this and their VIP club offered a 6yr warranty on the item I bought which was excellent and at no extra price. I have yet to use the product as it’s a Christmas present but the reviews have been great.
