Excellent service

Device Doctors provided a very personalised seamless service to repair a power socket issue for an IPAD Pro. They were very responsive and came to my residence to carry out an initial assessment. They gave a very competitive price estimate for repair, and after accepting the quotation and paying a deposit took my device away for repair. The repair went out to an IPAD specialist who replaced the faulty component. I was informed the repair was completed, paid the remaining fee and the device was delivered to me 24 hours later by Royal Mail tracked service. Start to finish was seemless, and communication excellent. The device comes with a 12 month warranty for the repair that was carried out. Highly recommended , great personal service !
