Excellent service
I bought a whiteboard which arrived broken. I have been trying to arrange a pick up and refund for over a month now. I cannot get through on the phone, no one responds to emails. I will not be buying from Viking again as the customer service is so shocking. There is absolutely no excuse for the failure to respond or to provide a refund in circumstances where I have offered to dispose of the broken bulky item to save a pick up being organised.NOTE FURTHER TO RESPONSE BELOW: This has now been resolved satisfactorily following the TrustPilot review along with an apology and a gesture of goodwill.
