Excellent service

From the moment I made the call and spoke to Sophie, I knew I had chosen the right clinic. Alex was incredible—always there to answer any questions I had from start to finish, and constantly making me feel comfortable. At my first meeting with Dr. Alfie, he explained every procedure clearly and helped me understand which option might be best for me, while still making sure the final decision was completely mine. On the day of my surgery, I was greeted by a nurse from the recovery team—unfortunately I can’t remember her name, but I kept calling her “the beautiful nurse” because her makeup was absolutely 10/10. The whole team put me at ease. Dr. Xavier was amazing too; I’m convinced we’re best friends now! After the surgery, the recovery team was fantastic. I genuinely cannot fault them—they made sure I had everything I needed, offered food and drinks, were so patient, and talked me through all the aftercare in detail.
