Excellent service
I purchased a machine in Brønderslev at double the price of what is available online. I had hoped for good service in case of any problems, but less than two years later, the "highly recommended" machine broke down. STARK refused to assist with the repair. Fair enough, I no longer have the receipt, but even though I can provide the date and time of purchase, they are unwilling to make the slight effort to locate the original purchase in their system, which would take them no more than a minute. I suppose I shouldn't expect too much from them after all. Yet another reason to buy online from now on. It's no wonder physical shops are becoming scarce.
