I recently visited Stark in Hørsholm for guidance on replacing the thresholds of two doors, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional service I received—particularly from Bogdan, the carpenter. Bogdan was incredibly helpful and genuinely committed to assisting customers. After showing him pictures of my existing thresholds, he took the time to explain in detail how I could easily remove them myself using just a saw. Thanks to his expert advice, I was able to complete the task with ease, saving nearly 2000 DKK in the process. When I returned the next day to discuss the next steps, Bogdan once again went above and beyond. He helped me select the most suitable new thresholds and patiently guided me through the installation process. Not only did he provide invaluable advice, but he also personally cut the thresholds to my exact measurements—completely free of charge. Beyond Bogdan’s outstanding service, I found all the staff members at Stark Hørsholm to be exceptionally helpful. Every employee I spoke with went above and beyond my expectations, ensuring I had the information and support I needed.
