Excellent service

Delivery was fast, but customer service incredibly lacking. Still awaiting a credit invoice (VAT reverse charge and promised price match from their .de website) after 3 weeks and counting. E-mails are not being answered, live chat lacks (translated and sometimes not responding at all).
