After having received several parcels in good condition, perfectly packaged, and despite selecting the reinforcement option (as requested in the interface), I received this parcel with broken items that were originally in perfect condition and, as a collector, that I had purchased specifically for their condition.Only a very partial refund was issued (30% of the price, without taking shipping costs or customs fees into account) after considerable discussion with customer service. It is impossible to find a replacement item for my collection with such limited compensation, despite the negligence of the ZenMarket team, who shipped a parcel with almost half of the interior left without any padding (no bubble wrap, nothing). I do not think I will continue using this service.
The process from when I had paid for the parcel to the shipment was complicated and not intuitive. It does not make sense to pay once more.
Zen Market's customer service is amazing, they helped me with everything perfectly and accommodated every single request I made with care and precision, my package has not arrived yet, but that is out of Zen Market's hands since they aren't the company shipping it, for their part of the process (being the proxy that buys the items in Japan and hands them off to the shipping company), my experience was nothing short of excellent, and I have already made another purchase with them and have plans for more.
