I used this test kit to measure my testosterone after recovering from corona because I felt very weak. I had the test and they send me a letter informing me that it was probably wrong, because they've used the wrong materials and the estimate was on the low side. I was delivered another kit at home. The instructions were very incomplete and fragmented, and I couldn't understand how to store the kit. However, I made a research on Google and I found out that saliva can be stored in a freezer. I do the test, store it in a freezer just to receive an answer via email, informing me that they probably didn't even test my samples, because I've sent the saliva samples too late after taking the samples (even though I stored them in a freezer at -20 degrees). They probably didn't even check if the samples were good, they just checked the date and threw away the samples. They told me that they will send me a new kit but I didn't receive anything so far. 49 Euroes and a huge waste of time for nothing.

I do not recommend this lab and I am not satisfied with the result I got.. I have had a respiratory allergy to black mold for several years and I have been following up my case with my doctor, but due to the Corona virus I wanted to do an allergy test at home.. But the test set was expired since (30.11.2021) and I ordered it on ((11.01.2022)) and got the result on (19.01.2022) and the result was an allergy to dust mites in the house and there is no trace of black mold allergy .. I think Dust mite allergy is present in most people because the sample was not valid because of the expired test kit. The result was an estimate and not a real result. It's a waste of money I paid 100 euros for nothing at all. Barcode 60384690. order#26186
