Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered a pair of shoes in the middle of September. When i received the order, the two shoes were in different sizes. I contacted the customer service straight away and Timea confirmed a replacement shoe in the right size would be sent out straight away. That was on 27th September. I still hadn't received it by the middle of October so i emailed them again - no answer. Still no shoes by 5th November so emailed again - no answer. Still nothing by 9th November so i emailed and also contacted them via Messenger. It was only at that point that i was told that they cannot send replacement products out Internationally (i ordered from Republic of Ireland) and i was asked to initiate a return and told i would then receive a refund. I was of course unhappy - was i told that straight away, i could have returned the wrong shoes straight away and had my refund by now! But nevertheless i attempted to start a return - unfortunately as so much time had passed, i am now outside the returns policy window and could not start a return! So i contacted them again via messenger as well as email - it's as if these responses are written by a robot and not actual people because i got a copy paste of the previous message, saying they don't send replacement products internationally and asked to start a return. When i say i can no longer start a return as it's outside the returns window, i am getting no answer. Instead of a solution i got a "rate your experience" message on messenger asking me to rate the whole interaction. There was no solution. I am still here with two shoes in different size, i am down in money and have lost all faith in getting any help. I will never shop with Yours Clothing again.
Absolute nightmare trying to get through to these people. Do your Christmas shopping somewhere else! Ordered an item at 8am in the morning on guaranteed next day delivery, cost £5.99. No item delivered. They blame Yodel, Yodel blame them. Where does that leave your customers??? We don't choose your third party delivery company , you do , so own it! When you eventually do get through to them by phone, chat doesn't work. They say sorry, we will give you your delivery fee back. SO WHAT! I am still left with no delivery and no explanation. My order was for 68 euro's. Returned it all en now i only get 53 euro's back . For me , never again !
