Dear Yorkshire Dental Suit regards Your reply and advise, as mentioned in my previous review I have reported my issues several times and send numerous emails directly which were ignored how shall I overcome this obstacles? Yes it's unacceptable and rude to wait over a month for a reply . I have send several reminders and still no reply. It appears once the payments have been made, beautiful bunch of flowers issued that's the end. Please be so kind and advise what shall I do now? Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to make a proper appointment. I was just trying to find out prices for same day implants. Filled in an enquiry form. Big mistake. I was basically bombarded with calls from an auto bot reeling off her speil. I genuinely missed the first few calls due to being in meetings but then it was constant. I ended up blocking the number but the calls kept getting picked up by the answerphone. I have deleted 12 messages to date and not one of them was a real person. Does not encourage any kind of confidence I'm afraid. I will keep browsing for REAL PEOPLE to ask for details.
Terrible customer service Had me waiting well over an hour of my appointment time on first visit and there were other patients that had been waiting multiple hours. Decided to give them a 2nd chance when I needed an emergency appointment and was told I would receive a call back before 5pm or at least by 9am the next day, neither happened. Do yourself a favour and avoid.
I paid £395 on 1 December for teeth whitening & still not received my kit. I chased it 2 weeks ago to be told that DPD had returned it to them as unable to deliver. No note put through my letterbox advising me of this & it’s not a difficult address to find. Was told it was back with YDS so asked for it to be re-delivered. Chased again today to be told it’s actually still with DPD, they would sort it & I said I would collect it instead even though it’s a 30 mile round trip. Was told I would get a callback to to confirm this but this didn’t happen! Have received an automated message asking me to contact DPD to arrange a re-delivery! I explained that I might not be in to sign for, so better for me to collect despite the inconvenience! I’m extremely frustrated & would just like a refund - happy to take all that money, give me conflicting information & Im having to chase it! not a happy customer 😡
