I feel better after doing the exercises. My body moves better all day long and I don't have as many aches and pains during the day.

It works the upper and lower parts of the body
The experience is always a little bit challenging, but not too difficult. The calming voice is soothing and the constant reminders on how to relax your face put your shoulders down all of the examples. The only thing that could improve is, they seem to go too fast.
