I bought all of her CDs years ago, and now subscribe to her app, which is an amazing value. The fact that she adds new programs to it and does not increase the cost is amazing. I do have a problem with staying engaged in the programs, but every time that I start back up again, I see amazing results. The only time that I’ve ever reached out to customer service, I was responded to right away with a positive outcome.

I want to purchase a new program from the Yoga Burn app where I already own a couple of programs. The price is $59.99 and YB customer support have told me that the price "will be converted to your currency automatically according to the currency exchange rate at the time of your purchase.” I am in the UK. However, when I try to pay, I am charged £59.99 which is the equivalent of roughly $78, so $18 more than the advertised price. When I have queried this with them, they tell me they have "no control over currency exchange rates" - which is it? You have no control, OR my price will be converted at the time of purchase? It can't be both? I have had other issues with the YB customer support previously and have found them to be completely patronising and dismissive. They don't take the time to understand what the real issue is but instead trot our set phrases of 'sorry, thanks for your understanding' - well no, I don't understand! The brand is fronted by Zoe who is all 'sweetness and light' but really behind that facade is a ruthless company who couldn't care less about their customers and don't try very hard at all to solve the issues. If I could give them zero stars I would.
The COFFEE IGNITE does not work. I have used it faithfully for 6 months with only a 3 pound loss. It has been a total waste of money. There is virtually no support with this company. I would suggest purchasers to watch your invoice carefully. I was charged an extra "item" (Meditation) that was supposed to be FREE. The irony is I wouldn't take it anyway but realized I was charged for it. They would not give me a refund!
Ordered the trim core challenge DVD's and digital, everything went smooth. Went on the app to access my workouts but after reaching out to customer support apparently you can only use the app if you subscribe. Kind of weird the only way to access is through the clickbank link, no log in or anything. As for exercises themselves the first couple weeks were ok then started really hurting my neck and wasn't just me my husband as well, then couldn't do anything for a week had to go to the chiropractor. Plus it went from manageable exercises to what the heck in week 4. Not even close to ready for leg lifts on side plank at that point, plus I did week 1 twice. Disappointing, but excellent if you are already in good shape before you start. I guess I'll try to just keep doing weeks 1-3 until I'm in good enough shape to get to week 4.
