Unfortunately, i used there hosting offer for 3 yrs. Paid the invoice. What they don't mention is that you need a local presence and/or a local malasya phone number for them to contact you. So unless you are there, they do not provide you the necessary services.

They were able to assist me within an hour, and I am incredibly grateful for it. Kudos to the team, and I intend to use their services for future domain and hosting purchases.

Users should be careful in choosing a hosting company. Some hosting company give misleading promotions. They claim to allow you to build unlimited websites but in reality they limit you to only one domain. When you try to build a second website domain, they ask you to pay more. Plus they have a number of other limitations that they don’t inform you of before hand and you only find out once you start using their service. This sub standard and scam like hosting companies claim to give money back guarantee and even send you multiple emails that they will return your money but they actually never do. Be careful of such companies and better stick to the more reputable ones.
