False Advertisement. I recently have received several emails with promotional codes to play at this casino and at their other casinos.: Extreme, Brango. When I redeem the coupon, I receive an error message saying that the coupon is not available. Upon further review with customer service for some reason that is not disclosed to me, the coupon is not available. “For my account!” One would think that I’ve won a ton of money from this online casino or the others, but that is definitely not the case!

If I could give zero stars I would they had a 300 free spin bonus it’s at $50 max cash out but you had to be a certain pay through amount I beat the pay through amount and I was up $200. They took 150 away left me with 50 the rules say if you play below a dollar Bonus and the terms no longer apply. I played all the way down to $.50 somehow made it all the way back up to 50 then made it to $150 and then when trying to cash out, they wouldn’t verify my account and they also told me that I had to play it down to 50 because I was only allowed to withdraw 50 from the free spins. I submitted all the proof they needed to show that I followed every term and condition to the bonus. Then they allowed me to cash out the $1900 but when deposited only gave me 50 and took away 1850 and said that I couldn’t win that much because it was from free spins when it was not from free spins. Well. For starters I have been waiting since Oct. 26 to be verified. It's now the 29th of Dec. Second. I played with a coupon. While playing and winning a box popped up saying that I completed my play through balance and that my winnings would now go to the 50 max pay out I was allowed with the coupon. That was ok, I understood and accepted. After this I played the 50 I was allowed to keep in another game, (nowhere does it say I'm not allowed to use the 50 to play other games) after a few plays I won 500. Then they sent me an email with a 202 match bonus with zero rules or play through with my first deposit. So I deposited 20 and that gave me $60. I checked my wallet and it says there's a 60 dollar play through,When I tried to withdrawl the 500 it would not allow it I went to the chat and they refused to give it to me. They also took my deposit, and the bonus that went with it without refund. This was in October. Today, the 29 of Dec. They finally verified me. When I finally got to do my withdrawal for the 500. They refused, took the 450.00 and still have not givin back my deposit. I asked for a refund and they told me it's not negotiable and all deposits are final and irreversible. Upon asking for the transaction record of the game plays, they have totally ignored me. I have asked atleast 12 times for the records/logs because they will show that the 500 was not won with the coupon they gave. But they won't send them to me. Don't waste your money here. Play at a much better more reputable casino. Before they jump on here trying to justify what they have done, I do have the screen recording of every conversation I have had with them and screen shots from when the pop up box came up and I freed to the 50 max payout, when they removed the rest of the winnings nd leaving me with the 50 that was mine to keep. Not worth the hassle guys. Lots of other casinos will treat you better and not scam you out of your money.
