I normally shop in the store when im in the area and the service is excellent. But I placed an online order 10.04.2025. It has been with courier for around 10 days. I still haven't received it. The website has nothing to help with this issue. There are very few physical shops, so I think they need to upgrade their courier service.
I dislike that returns are not free and that it is major hassle to get any help unless you phone up. The App is very basic and goes down often.
Love Yours tops as they are nice and long - just wished you did more Summer colours ie lighter colours Great value - wash well
