Yopa

Initially Annie Bailey seemed OK, she didn't tell me any terms and conditions just the core price which I took I kept asking for terms and conditions ((have WhatsApp proof) nothing for well over a month then I find out ii have to pay even if don't sell my hse! What's the motivation for them to sell! Annie Bailey is totally dishonest in her morals and in her working ethics donot trust her 100%. I've been on with them over two months and I've had one viewing !! If you use another est agent you still apparently have to pay yopa even though they've done nothing in the process! Don't entertain this company they are charlatans I've put this in hands of legal department because they broke all trading laws and if you see reviews not for the first time, I severely regret ever meeting Annie Bailey or hearing the word Yopa. I can honestly say Yopa has ruined my whole selling experience of my home, this company should not be allowed to trade they are unscrupulous, unethical dishonest and very very shady, I so wish I'd seen all of the bad reviews of them prior to engaging their services. I've never been issued with any type of contract, never signed any type of contract Annie Bailey informed me of their 3 options pay upfront= basically they do zip not even viewings core = pay later ie when they sell, doesn't exist I now find out you have to pay them even when they don't sell your property ! And option 3 apparently same as option 2 except a professional photographer does fotos not sales person according to Ms Bailey so does not pay you to go for that option as most ppl go for option 2 their"core" product and I quote that... please don't use these ppl they are utter charlatans..

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID! TOOK OWN PHOTOS AND SENT THEM OVER AS THE REP"SHELLY" WAS INCOMPETENT. GOT NO VIEWINGS AND HAD TO PAY £15OO FOR THIS SERVICE WITH NO SALE AFTER 10 MONTHS. THIS IS JUST A COMPANY EMPLOYING COMMISSION BASED ADMIN STAFF AND ZOPA TAKING THERE PROFIT. PLEASE DONT SEND ME YOUR COMPUTER GENERATED RESPONSE LIKE ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS ON HERE.. MY AIM IS TO STOP ANYONE ELSE LOSING SO MUCH MONEY BY SIGNING UPTO YOU.

Thanks to Yopa selling our house on the end. Especially thanks to Mark Groves who was always helpful, kind, in contact and always been chasing updates for us. He is so kind and such a lovely person. Thanks Mark Groves again for all your efforts and all your help.

Our experience was absolutely great - right from the start all the way to the end. Our agent Ali Shaygan was meticulous, knowledgeable, polite, accessible and have gone above and beyond his duties. We were always kept up-to-date with the progress, have been given credible and timely advice, and were kept in the loop at all times with feedback on progress and any delays.
