The waiting time is 5-10 times longer than the website indicates. Now I have less time to find a doctor who wants to operate on me. At the first visit they said they would repair me, but they changed their minds. Even when I found a new doctor at another clinic, they start making problem to give me referall. They completely ignored my case when I begged them to refer me, they told me to stop calling, otherwise they stop answer my phone. At this moment I contact with PVP about situation, because of they probably I will never can use my arm like before. Go anywhere else but avoid this place if You care about you health.
NetherlandsXpert Clinic charged me €120 for a 30-second follow-up call I didn’t ask for, 3 months after my visit. I complained, but they refused to correct it. Be aware before booking!
