The worst staff can be found at wycon. Customer experience is rated 0% Every time I go , there is a problem with the staff. I will never go again and hate this shop.

Wycon offers high quality products for the price but my recent experience with their customer service department is extremely disappointing. I ordered makeup to be shipped to the US. The shipping company they use made a mistake when declaring the package which resulted in almost $200 in brokerage fees. I first contacted them on 5/13. I received their automated response that it may take 72 hours for them to respond. No response for 72 hours. I contacted them again on 5/16 and to this day, I haven't received any response. In the past, I contacted them once about a deficient product. You can tell that their customer service does not care much about their customers. The message was unapologetic which is so different from Kiko Milano who has an excellent customer service team. I think I will have to stop buying from them given my most recent experience.

It's become the "ryanair of makeup brands". You will never find the same product you bought and liked the second time you buy it! Products are getting smaller and smaller and are being sold at the same price! Very bad. For instance, I purchased a brow pencil a few days ago and the pencil was soo much thinner so there is less product overall. Additionally, how do I sharpen this pencil now?? i would need to buy an additional sharpener just for this one singular item (such a waste tbh). Additionally, a few weeks back I had purchased a liquid lipstick (same one I always buy) but it contains less mL - again AT THE SAME PRICE!! Another thing that is unbearable are the store employees. They tackle you to buy more products. When I walk in a store I know exactly what I want to buy (generally it's one or two products at a time) and yet they always have to "force" you to buy their promo items (which I never need) or their dumb 2+3 promos etc. If I only want to spend 8 Eur I will not spend 30+ Eur! So ridiculous that once I was looking for a brow pencil, which like per usual were missing my color, and the store employee instead of apologizing and telling me where/when I can find that product was FORCING me to buy a brow pencil 3 shades darker than mine! (I have ash blonde hair and she was telling me to buy the dark brown color!!) So overall, their lack of respect for the customer is appaling and despite loving their products and using Wycon as my only makeup source, I will resort to buying them elsewhere from now on. Instead of improving their conditions they are only getting greedier and more dishonest.

Dishonest and basically theft - wrong order sent and in Scotland you pay the tax once received which is fine but you don’t know it’s the wrong order until you obviously open the box ref S5469365192412HJPW no answer to emails pictures sent etc it’s a shame as I absolutely love the products - already left my details on that email 3 times and this is the reference if you had looked
