This company is shambolic. I placed an order which was expected to be delivered in a few days. One week later, there's no sign of it, and no communication. Upon chasing, the customer services agent fails to give me any concrete date as to when it will be dispatched. Don't waste your time with these guys, it's not worth it.

They had my negative review removed! I don’t know how they did it as I had a genuine experience. Please be aware this is how they operate. Take your money for products they cannot deliver - AVOID This company took nearly £1000 from my bank when I clicked for 0% finance. This left me very overdrawn. Then when I chased them because the goods were not delivered I found out that they were not able to supply the furniture as they didn't have it. If it is not bad enough that they took money I didn't authorise and sold goods they did not have I still have not got my money back from them. If you don't like to lose money use a reputable company. I wish I had read these reviews before throwing my money away.

Ordered a fitness band in January 2022, Robert at Worldstore advised that "the product was lost along the way" and offered a refund, which I accepted in March. Not heard from them since then. Best advice is not to use this company, they are either in financial trouble or are just conning customers.
