Had an issue with an order I placed in store but it just wasn't arriving. As I wasn't able to wait any longer I went to the local shop and asked if I can cancel the online order and pick the items up instore instead. There were issues with it but lovely Chris (Deputy manager?) and Kieran in Newport's branch were absolute heros and helped me with it start to finish. They both were kind, patient and understood what the problem was straight away. It took a moment to sort due to computer saying no, but overall all was sorted on the same visit

We had a shower installed August 2023. Lots of issues at the time but now have found out that that the electrical connection wasn't safely installed and it has been condemned. No way to complain to Wikes now other than to do an online form which will apparently be responded to in 48 hours. Posting this to see if I get a quicker response because this isn't good enough. Their incompetent work could have caused a fire and we are now without a shower. Wikes, I know you'll read this quicker than your online contacts. Please contact me ASAP or I will go directly to the HSE.

Absolutely fabulous! I would like to thank Wickes Chatham for helping me bring my kitchen to life. From my consultation with Tyrone Knight to the installation with Will Coombes and with Freya - customer experience coordinator. Tyrone was kind and helpful and was able to support me in my vision. He spoke through the process and managed to take the stress and concerns away. Once confirmed, Wickes delivered my kitchen, and the delivery men were kind and courteous. My installer Will did a sterling job installing my kitchen. There were a lot of issues that needed to be addressed but Will managed to contact the trades people to do this. He kept me updated every step of the way and kept as tidy as he could. Freya - customer experience coordinator was great and kept in contact regularly making sure the work was progressing and to let her know if I had any queries. I could not have envisioned my kitchen to turn out the way it did if it wasn’t for The Wickes team. They have all been absolutely fabulous!

We had a kitchen fitted 8 months ago. At first the planning was good and Tom at Stowmarket has tried to help but people keep passing the buck. The worktops have all lifted and the installer has said that they are not fit for purpose. This was put through to the warranty team who have been absolutely useless, we have sent numerous emails and they never get back to you. You can not talk to them all done through email and it seems no one actually cares that this happened. THIS CUSTOMERB SERVICE IS A JOKE!
