Just use another service because they're so slow. The customer service was also very bad. I regret paid for almost $400 but they treat me like I didn't pay anything.
Terrible service! Better use IQAS instead!My PhD was not assessed at all, even though the documents were sent by the institution.My Master’s degree in veterinary medicine and Canadian vet license were rated as a three-year high school diploma.... a joke! Never even received the report as they even screwed up the shipping....The customer service team is hard to understand and cannot access the emails or files....a waste of money and time!
This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I truly regret not reading the reviews before using this service. The process has been extremely unprofessional, and the customer service agents appear to have little to no knowledge of what is happening with customer files.My documents were confirmed as received multiple times by their team. I was then asked to wait one month for evaluation. After waiting the full month, I was suddenly told that my documents were never received, which completely contradicted all previous confirmations. This forced me to submit multiple inquiries and escalations only to again be told that the documents were received.This level of disorganization, miscommunication, and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I lost valuable time, energy, and trust. I will also be sharing my full experience in a TikTok video with my 300,000 followers so others can avoid going through the same situation.I would strongly advise anyone to think carefully before using this service.

Reviewing two exchange semester transcripts cost almost $400CAD and took absolutely ages to complete. I had to use this service for one particular university I was applying to, all the other universities did the evaluations themselves which is a far better process (it was either free or a postage cost and took a couple weeks versus the multiple months I've been waiting for WES). I have yet to find a way to communicate directly with a human being working at WES, the customer service is appalling. This is the biggest waste of money and time I have ever experienced. If you have a choice to not use this service, DON'T use it. I never usually leave bad reviews but felt compelled to with this company. Absolutely horrendous, I would leave 0 stars if I could.
