DenmarkThis place is dangerous. I was there a Tuesday in July. Packed with people. After almost hitting my head on the bottom of the too shallow pool, I injured myself falling off a giant pillow that was strapped to another floatation device with very sharp and thin rope. I may need an operation as I got this rope between my legs in the fall. Instead of saying you’re sorry, just make sure that the straps between the floatation devices are padded with something soft. People are supposed to fall of this floating pillow, and not be physically hurt when they do!
DenmarkNeed to clean more, especially in busy periods - lots of hair and paper on the floor. Family changing too busy and the corridor was so wet, it was dangerous to walk. Need floor mats. Positive - staff were very friendly, especially one girl on the front desk, when we were there around 14.00
DenmarkAt first glance their prices seem ok. Im a early pensionist so 200dkk monthly for using their swimming lanes seems ok. Then they add another 49dkk for using a locker for clothes. When its time to quit and youre not using the swimming hall anymore and cancell your membership they add another month of 200dkk and another 49dkk even though you will never use their service again. So im happy to give a 1 star and hopefully someone out there will read this and not use this crappy service.
DenmarkThe maintenance is poor (lockerrooms are filthy) and you have to be lucky to find helpful staff. They are mostly young kids and with no training on simpathy. The price is way too inflated for the service it provides. The 50m pool is rented out for swimming groups with absolutely no disclaimer to the members, they just will occupy the whole pool. The spa is fairly weak and the monthly fee for it is double the price than for the fitness+pool. The fitness machines are faulty and the fitness area, especially the lockerrooms, is quite small. During rush hours this room is always overcrowded and the various fitness lessons take all the space, appart from the machines, where people are running and jumping around the already small room. The administration takes always a couple of days to answer emails and always tries to run from responsibilities like if it was a hot potato. I enjoyed my time there for one year but every week or so I would face a problem that noone there was happy to solve.
