Lovely staff, very helpful and hugely reassuring, we had 2 TAG watches revealed with new batteries and I felt comfortable from beginning to end. They turned them around within 2 days despite giving a 2 week estimate. I love the fact that I could support a business with a shop front even though I was too far to drop in so had to send the watches. GBGBI contacted Watch Doctors about a service for my late granddad's Garrard watch.
