ESESDecided on using Waltons as their prices were advertised with free uk delivery. That is until you get to checkout where they add £69 for delivery. I’m in mainland UK and singularly unimpressed. Called them to query and apparently it’s now only “most UK areas”. Surprise, surprise Devon isn’t included.
GBGBThe pergola was well priced. Sales team price matched no quibble. They got back to me straightaway. I was informed of delivery well in advance. The delivery driver Paul messaged and was friendly. I was at work so he placed the item where I asked which was a tight spot. He took photos to make sure I was happy. Just got the pergola today so not up yet but im sure it will be hassle free. If any issues I know they will be dealt with without any problems.Definitely recommend this company. Great customer services and delivery driver a really nice bloke and hopefully valued by the company.
