United KingdomI chose my wallpaper, paid for it and then had a panic. Only a couple of rolls, so I chose my preferred paper, reordered and paid. I received a confirmation email and mentioned that I no longer needed the previous order. It was my error, so I expected to lose the money. The lovely Chantelle emailed that she had refunded the original order, no fuss whatsoever. Compared to in the summer when a company didn't deliver part of my order (£250) and Im still chasing the refund 4 months later! Two days later Chantelle rang to say there was a supplly issue, but she could get me my order in about 10 days. No problem. I crossed my fingers it would be in time. Today, 5 days later, she called to say its in stock and on its way, express delivery courtesy of the company. Excellent customer service for 2 rolls of wallpaper...however, I went back and spent nearly £400 as I was so impressed with Chantellle. Wallpaper Sales - she's a diamond!

United KingdomGreat customer service. I’d ordered wallpaper a few months ago for one wall then decided to order another roll for the rest of room. I had a phone call asking for the batch number which was really thoughtful. I didn’t need it as on the opposite side of the room. Quick delivery a couple of days after ordering.
