Worst internet service provider , there are repeated outages, I've had no internet for past 12 days and worst customer experience who don't take any responsibility. They want me to book an appointment with service company when it's their job. They promised to send the alwayson router which they haven't , i can't even work from home now. Don't go for vodafone, you will have lots of internet issues!
We are facing the challenges from last 7 months and still no solution yet .. we change house in Dusseldorf and surrender the WiFi box to their local office and office issue new Kunden number but the great thing, Vodafone still charging for both the connection . I have been trying to call regularly but still the problem as it is . Don’t know how to deal further ..

The Vodafone representative were coming to our door everyday for selling their product, at the end my husband accepted to talk to them and we were fool to change our plan. We are doing home office, NO INTERNET! The customers service is another headache, we have been on the que for more than half an hour every time. They always say maybe it can start from tomorrow. Still 3 days NO INTERNET!

Have constant Internet outages for over a week now. The customer service ticket has been up for the same time. 0 updates, 0 human interaction, just talking to bots and seeing no progress. I am looking for alternative providers now.
