How come we are in 2026 and we deal with a communication company and the customer service only speaks German. So that mean any expat or foreigner should not contract with you, as he/she can't not communicate with your customer service team by phone. Even the email, vi got an auto reply to contact customer service by phone,the chat bot only in German.
DO NOT GET INTO VODAFONE AT ALL COST!!!! I am trapped since 2 years, they fooled me the first year I tried canceling, they offered a way better price and of course I accepted and stayed, but it was all a lie!!! I have tried calling because they literally lied to me!! I can’t anymore Im so done, I will never in my life recommend this scamm company
