Network issues still effecting Aberdeen city centre. Several official complaints and still nothing been done about it. Social media team a complete waste of time to try and get it sorted. Will keep leaving 1* reviews until you loose your “excellent” rating on here due to your absolutely abysmal so called “customer service”.
I visited Vodafone twice and both times Jamie was outstanding. The service was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. Jamie took the time to understand what I needed and worked to find the best options for me, not just the easiest sale. Everything was explained clearly and I felt looked after as a customer. A really great experience thanks to Jamie.
I visited Vodafone Croydon today (12/01/2026), Bianka was so helpful with her advice regarding a new Sim & Broadband I purchased. I was given a fantastic deal for both. Bianka really hepled me with understanding the contracts. Once again Vodafone staff and products 💯. I will be staying with Vodafone for the foreseeable future and will recommend to friends & family. My mobile service has proved to be reliable compared my previous provider. It has never let me down🩷
I went into the Spalding Vodafone shop wanting to have a smart watch on contract, Joshua was so helpful taking time to explain the different activities recorded on the watches and helping me to find the one that best suited my needs, always patient his customer service skills are excellent. A shining example of Chloe's excellent management skills. Always a pleasure to visit the store with it's friendly atmosphere, l'm looking forward to returning to browse the selection of tablets!
