I transferred my broadband and landline to Vodafone, the switch date was over 2 weeks ago, but I STILL can’t receive incoming phone calls, access “My Vodafone” to manage my account or get any parental controls on my broadband. I’ve had three long phone calls about these issues, each time they’ve promised to resolve it, but haven’t. I’ve just raised a formal complaint online with Vodafone and have got a message saying they’ll be in contact within 7 to 10 days. This is ridiculous. Vodafone please get this sorted….

one day of uninterrupted broadband signal, and then the signal becomes unreliable again today.Have messaged with Social media team, who eventually informed me someone was working on maintenance, but while accepting that, it's still not good enough given the money being paid for a service that is so overhyped. So as promised more poor reviews follow until I get the uninterrupted service I signed up for.
