United KingdomAbout half of the order was delivered on time. The remainder got stuck in production. I understand that technical issues happen but the communication and resolution only happened because I pushed and was regularly checking the website. I understand the business model they are using but somehow the human customer gets a little lost in there somewhere. I guess that's the problem with the online / AI world...
