Given that I’ve not had one of the two pairs of glasses order over 2 months ago you’d think I’d leave a one star review, but no… They made an error inputting the prescription, but owned it, customer services were pretty bad the first time I spoke to them about the error but the shop staff at Canary Wharf were great. Ordered again with an upgrade, one pair arrived in good time the other pair just never arrived. I put in a complaint and the staff there were good, found out the issue and after a few emails resolved the matter to my satisfaction. I would have given a one or two star review but the staff reaction to the issues bumped it up to 4.
The team at Crawley (and Gatwick, and Horsham are absolutely brilliant. My boy has been wearing glasses since he was 4... in 3 years, we've been through a lot of glasses and a lot of minor repairs. They see him quickly when we need to pop in, and make him feel like a real customer, with real choice... Not easy when kids in general are 1. Often kinda rude and 2. Normally wearing free or very cheap glasses!

Having been told 'one week' for lenses to be replaced in my specs - on 4th April - I am still waiting! I have just been sent a notification saying my order is confirmed (!!) I require my specs pretty quickly and can get no adequate answer - even having rung Vision Express. Bad Service. Have now been told my frames - which were my favourite - have been damaged! I can choose some new ones - up to £150! Am furious. They were also supposed to send me a confirmation email - which of course I haven't as yet received. I shall be asking for compensation and a refund as I do not trust this company.
