SpainI could not download my Ed Sheeran Concert tickets (700€) Just spoke to Dayana, Novie and Andra - all of them have received Screenshots and I explained the situation multiple times on the phone and via the chat. Although I submitted, screenshots, was on the phone with them multiple times and spoke to the customer service for hours they won't refund me. Terribe service, never ever again. Would not recommend!
GermanyThis is a scam! They double sell their tickets and offer a price guarantee but only if you have a letter from the venue saying the tickets didn't work. And the venues close their ticket offices as soon as the game/show starts and viagogo knows this. DO NOT BUY THROUGH THIS VENDOR! They are overpriced and there's no guarantee of admission.
