Rented a vehicle from Steve's Rentals in Southend, the vehicle was fine but when I picked it up it was 3/4 full. When I returned it, i filled it at a station 2 miles from the drop off. Then the next day they charged me £11 to refuel a van that was already full. Save yourself the money and find another renter, these guys are thieves.

They run away with my money, I made a reservation before the pandemic, du to the corona outbreak my flight was canceled, I contacted them because i wanted to cancel my rental with ample time in advance, they answered my first email asking for more details and then never answered back. Now after 1 and half year and several emails sent i realize they shut down even the website, so no much point in writing this review since you cant use their service anymore, just doing it to join "the angry people" clan
i had to claim extra undocumented charge and written in the contract ( 100Euro) since 17 Sep 2019 they asked for all details even the bank ccount to refund it but till now not even feel sorry for that i kept chasing they are replying by cartargetgroup.com it is scam way never trust these unknown broker just check the reviews before dealing with them i had included my booking number with this review for trust review
