If it's a choice....USPS will not be used by me again. I don't care if it's cheaper or not. You get what you pay for. My package has been sitting in their processing center for two days now. Today if finally moved but in the opposite direction of my house. Now I have to wait two more days before I receive the part I need to repair my vehicle.

Paid $8.50 for Priority Mail - package took 11 days to go 200 miles. Tracking showed "In Transit, Arriving Late" for a week straight. Local post office just shrugged when I complained. At this rate, I could have walked it there faster.

The USPS is an abomination of total lack of accountability, fraud, greed, dishonesty and incompetence! It doesn't matter what service you pay for, they will screw you EVERY TIME & expect you to bend over and take it. I'm glad DeJoy was removed as he was a joke but if any other business aside from government run corruption fronts ran their business the way the USPS does they'd be out of business so fast! It's time they were held responsible for what customers pay for. Not ONCE in the past 2 years have I had ANY mail (priority or otherwise) arrive to it's destination on time. Not a single time! Get it together! You're a total disgrace!

USPS needs to do better as a postal service , this is the 2nd time my husband has order something and was suppose to be delivered from you and never arrived, went straight to the postal offic. How inconvenient.
