Over several days UPS repeatedly failed to complete what should have been a straightforward delivery. My parcel was “out for delivery” multiple times, but each attempt ended without explanation, even when I was home and the address was correct. I redirected it to a UPS Access Point to avoid further issues, but they were unable to deliver it there either. What made the situation worse was the support process: the website loops you between dead-end options, phone agents apologised but couldn’t take any action, and there was no practical way to speak to someone who could resolve the issue. At every stage the system seemed designed to prevent progress. I eventually realised I had no reliable information about where my parcel actually was or when, if ever, I would receive it. After this experience, I can’t trust UPS for time-sensitive deliveries, and I’ll be avoiding them in future. I wish I had known beforehand how inconsistent and unhelpful the service can be.

One star is too many for this company. I’d have more chance of getting my parcel if it was delivered by a group of wild pigs. The level of stupidity at who’s making decisions in this company is almost unbelievable.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Item received from the USA, VAT paid, item sent back as my own property for adjustment package clearly marked. UPS (useless Parcel Service) still charged me the full VAT again. Nightmare, customer services are overseas, staff often barely understand you and are unhelpful and don't care. Seems like they are reading a script. Issue never resolved and I'm still owed over £1.000. No UK customer services, no way of having a face to face conversation with staff here in the UK or anywhere for that matter. To make it worse HMRC have told me that they have already tried to claim back my VAT. They have made no contact with me, not refunded me and are clearly aware of their mistake.
Absolute shambles of a company. They sent parcel of mine to Cardiff when it was clearly marked for Scunthorpe in Lincolnshire! No once..not twice but three times. I have been 'assured' by customer services that the 'correct' address is now on the parcel (which it was in the first place) but still no sign of it. Totally inept. Drivers clearly need to learn to read too. Not a happy customer. Will never ever use them for my self.
