CanadaDo NOT purchase anything with more than 1 part and then only if you thoroughly check the item out in store BEFORE paying. If there are issues with the product you purchased, such as (like us) missing parts (on multiple replacements until we gave up), you will not get a refund. Uncle Wiener’s will keep your money and make you purchase more of their junk through a store credit. BEWARE!
CanadaBought a bed and had to make 6 trips back to get missing parts, just to find out I’m still missing parts. Can’t even get a refund just store credit for other garbage. Will never buy from them again, worth paying double elsewhere. Don’t make the mistake of thinking you will get a good deal like me and end up spending 6 months and countless hours, gas and not even end up with a working product.
CanadaBought an item that was used but they said it was new. Took it home and item does not work. Dealing with their claims department and its like I committed some major crime. Beware first of buying there and second forget about taking things back that do not work. They will give you the third degree. On another note received an email that my order was ready to be picked up. Waited over on hour before they could find it.
