I approached Ultimate Appliances company located in Glenhuntly. Neil answered the phone and explained to me the charges I should expect which they were very reasonable. the customer service was good but i waited more then a month for the deliver

We have a Miele cooktop with touch control back in December 2009. Three year later, the left front burner was broken and we spent Canadian $300. Now in 2015, the left front burner goes busted and we will be paying another $300. Talking to Miele, we were told two options: first get some discount on the parts, exactly like last time, paying total $300, or get the technician to check the problem and decide what to do. However we will have to pay the service call for $200 or chance it if he could reduce it to $100 if we don't want get it replace. Paying top dollar for their quality and we end up having this quality and functionality anxiety over Miele's product. Who wants to pay service call every 2 or 3 years for commodity at home? For this nonsense we might as well buy a cheap Frigidaire cooktop for $600 and then buy a new one after 6 years?

I was looking for a dishwasher on the internet and I've found one displayed as IN STOCK on Ultimate Appliances. I've placed the order and I wasn't aware of what's going to happen next. I got a phone call from them saying that the dishwasher is not in stock but in aggressive manner they have tried to sell me an alternative. I have told them I only want that specific one because my fridge is the same brand and the washing machine. They have told me that I will see my £250.00 back in 30 days as that's how long it takes for a refund to be processed. So they didn't even sold me anything but they kept the money for more than 30 days. I even called my bank and asked for a chargeback and I explained to them that they haven't sold me anything but "illusions" the dishwasher wasn't in stock. No chance, I saw my money back in more than a month. This story happened a year a half ago and I could not rate them on TRUSTPILOT at the time because of an error while I was trying to register. Now I got registered while buying a set of car tyres but as you can see I was so traumatised that I could not forget that all this time. Buy from ao.com instead, no problems at all. Thank you
