I placed an order with Transa.ch two weeks ago, but to my dismay, I still haven’t received it. After waiting for such a long time, I contacted their customer service, hoping for assistance or an explanation. Unfortunately, their response was far from helpful. They simply suggested that my package was delivered and might have been stolen and directed me to the police to file a claim with my liability insurance. This response was extremely frustrating. As a customer, I expected Transa.ch to take more responsibility and offer a solution, but instead, they shifted the burden onto me. The lack of proactive support, delayed communication, and absence of any meaningful resolution have left me incredibly dissatisfied. What makes this situation even more disheartening is that I had been eagerly waiting for these products to prepare for an upcoming trip. I had planned my activities around these items, but now everything is delayed, and my plans are completely ruined. The frustration of not being able to rely on my order and the lack of support from Transa.ch has been incredibly disappointing. What was supposed to be an exciting and well-organized experience has now turned into a stressful and disheartening situation. As a customer who values good service, this experience has made me seriously reconsider my future purchases from Transa.ch. I strongly urge them to improve their customer service, take responsibility for lost packages, and offer more support to their customers in the future.

I can only thank customer support team who contactd me via email to inform me of a minor delay in delivery that a product ordered online will face. It's not a big problem for me and I understand that it's not company's fault, but because of a small adminstrative issue. Therefore, I'm very happy to recomend ths company. Not only do I like this company but it s also popular for my brother. And I had a good experience working with them to fulfill a wish for his birthday. (Ordering and shipping, as well as payment, were convenient) It's very easy order and pay. basic necessities were additionally packaged in plastic and were in a package that matched their size, which was additional advantage. The filler material is saved. Nice! This is a concern for the enviroment Basic necessities are as described, size, layout. I really like them all. I like to take inspiration from their stores. I ordered a jacket from Montane. Because many people know that it is very high-quality, has a good shape. The sleeves are long enough and hood can be easily adjusted individualy
