This years quote is over £500 more than last year.Tried to ring to discuss the increase but unable to get anyone to answer the phone Been trying several days now and waiting up to 20min ( tried several numbers) So as renewal date a few days away I tried another company and got through easily and far cheaper quote so Iv gone with them Sent email to Tradex and Clegg Gifford saying I'm cancelling but no reply as yet Tried ringing them again but again can't get through Richard
What a worst company ! Customer service ! They looking to scam you ! Not to sell you insurance ! Don’t pay any deposit to them ! Because you won’t take it back .
