Have my parcel at the local depot (Central Queensland) for a week now. When I inquire where it is as the final day for delivery is today and no notice of it being out for delivery via tracking just get told "Sorry, it might be there tomorrow, maybe. Keep checking the tracking. bye" This happens every time when I am sent items via TOLL. What would take a couple of days with most couriers or Australia post, always takes 10x as long with TOLL. I'd give zero stars if I could. I'm going to avoid any company that uses them in future when possible. Which can be a challenge as Amazon sellers seem to be using them more and more these days. Seriously, these guys have replaced Fastway/Aramex as Australia's worst delivery company. And that's saying something. Aramex has actually been getting good with deliveries recently, TOLL should take a lesson from them. Ridiculous delivery times, worse that they hold your items for so long when I literally live a 5 minute drive from their location. Seriously over a week for what should have been a next day delivery once they receive the items. And the items were sent and being received in the same state, not like these are international deliveries. (I get things from China faster via regular AusPost than I do locally through TOLL) Any other courier I'd have my items already. Like a week ago. I'm a patient guy, but how long TOLL takes is just ridiculous. Bonus complaint: My last delivery from TOLL, some sensitive electronic equipment, on a Saturday, where both I and my wife were home and front door wide open, they didn't knock, and did they put the box in one of the many dry areas available? Nope, put the box down on top of a puddle. And the box looked like it had been in a game of footy.... Thankfully the contents were ok. It's like this every damn time with TOLL. Never had a delivery on time with them. Also, also. Good luck with tracking. If you google Toll Tracking. The TOLL sites? Your tracking numbers will not work. Instead you have to go to some myteamge site, which has almost nothing on it about being related to TOLL. Backwards is the only way to describe it.
I would not only steer away from toll deliveres if you are in a remote area but also stay away from purchasing on Amazon it's a 2 month delivery what a joke .
I have had two experiences with Toll. The first with eight delivery of a mobile phone from Syphonez. After waiting several weeks, I cancelled, and then it was delivered. I had to send it back by Australia Post. Recently with Amazon. Toll supposedly tried to deliver in November. It was picked up on the Amazon website as lost and they processed the return. It was then delivered just before Christmas am left out in the open when I was away. Toll obviously claimed it was delivered because it was then shown as such on the Amazon website. Again, i returned it via reliable Australia Post. I am in a regional area.
We received a SMS message indicated that the parcel will be delivered between 12.30pm to 2.30pm. We were home all day. At 3.30pm, we received another SMS message saying that "attempted delivery" and we need to collect it from the nearest post office. This is the worst service. This is not the first time it happens. If I have a choice, I would avoid Toll at all cost!
