USUSI purchased tickets to a broadway musical for myself and my husband 8 months ago. I purchased the ticket protection when I made the purchase, but did not realize it could not be used within 24 hours of the show. And the day we were scheduled to go, my husband woke up with a stomach flu. I was livid when I discovered the ticket protection would not cover us!! USUS"Chat with us" only provides canned answers, with no possibility of saying "none of those, it's something else" and getting live chat. Since there's no telephone number either, they're utterly unavailable for immediate contact. So far there's been no response to email either. So if anything goes WRONG there's no way to contact them about anything.
