United KingdomWe were visiting friends in Dehnsen Amelinghausen. So decided to visit the restaurant and wasn't disappointed. The staff and service was 💯 and what a great menu. It was a really good memory for us all to keep.
SwedenWe visited the Kassel branch on 5 july 2025 as a family. I am allergic to celery and a vegetarian and have a habit of always doublechecking I will be ok when ordering food. So after having checked what food contains allergens using their codes in the menu, getting eyestrain, I settled for one of their veggieburgers. I doublechecked with the waitress I would be ok eating it and she would let me know. She did when everyone elses food arrived!!! She told me I had to choose something else and recommended the burrito, only the veggie one wasnt available but they would do me a different one without any meat. So I was sat there without anything whilst my families food was all there. After my family had waited long enough they started eating and were more than half way through their food when my food arrived. It looked suspiciously like it was stuffed with chopped up meat so I asked the waiter (different one to earlier). He checked and said yes it is vegetarian and without celery. So we asumed it was a German soyaproduct extremely similar to meat. I ate half of it when the first waitress came by and asked if everything was fine and pointed out I had been given a burrito with meat and asked if I wanted a veggie one. I freaked out, as one would, felt sick and didnt know what to do with myself. We sort of sat there finishing off what the others had left and asked for the bill. We were all in chock and my husband paid the bill. We pointed out we werent happy and they said they were being good as they werent charging us for any of my food (that i couldn eat 😳). When we still weren't happy they tried to argue their point and then we just left. So I thoroughly recommend you do not come here if you are allergic to anything or not comfortable eating stuff you choose not to eat or simply want a stressfree night out. This is not even me mentioning the fact that the waitress said the chef didnt know what celery was (although the name is the same in german), or that the manager told us the waiter had been told off for doing something similar to two other customers that same evening, or had to wait 20 minutes to get seated in a half empty restaurant despite having booked a table in advance. So obvious issues with this place allround. We do NOT recommend coming here.
SwedenService: Very Bad, no attention at all to get more drinks. Food: Very Bad, over cooked brisket, very bad sauce and just rest pieces of brisket. Time from order to delivered: 1h 20 min
GermanyThis review is for the motel. Interesting design, but poor execution. Not recommended for a business stay. No breakfast before 9 am, dark room, bathroom lighting very poor, very soft matress, no closet, no iron availale. There appears to be no hotel staff, only the personell in the restaurant, which closes from 10 pm to 9 am, and nobody answers the phone or email.
