GermanyI watched prices on Amazon.de and MusicStore.de for "Boss GT-1 Guitar Multi-FX Pedal" and also on black Friday. Music store just inflated the prices and gave the original price as discounted price.. and amazon had no discounts and neither boss.. but then Thomann has sale and was NOT scamming like Music store. They were actually giving real discount from original price. I paid 36 Euros less from original price. Im so happy that Thomann was not scamming in the name of sales.

Turkey202548.984992 my order number. I bought a guitar, a footswitch, and a pack of guitar strings from Thomann.com. On the day I placed the order, both the guitar and the strings were shown as in stock. The footswitch was not in stock. I contacted customer service and asked them to at least ship the guitar. They said “okay” and that they would ship it the same day. Two days later, when I checked again, nothing had been shipped. When I contacted them online again, they told me the guitar was actually out of stock and they would only send the footswitch and the strings. Who am I supposed to believe? Nothing has been shipped yet. They said it was in stock when I bought it, but now suddenly it’s not. I’m having a really terrible experience. Be very careful when shopping on this site. And to top it off, customer service basically told me “if you don’t want the guitar anymore, just cancel it” – as if I needed that brilliant advice. Thanks a lot, I really didn’t know that already.
