
We are passionate about helping our clients live happier, healthier and more abundant lives. Through a combination of rapid dynamic therapies (CBT, NLP & Hypnotherapy) and emotional coaching techniques, over no more than three or four sessions most of our clients exceed their own expectations for rapid, genuine, long lasting change. We work across a myriad emotional challenges including low self confidence and self esteem, anxiety, phobias, addictions, food and relationship issues and smoking cessation. We are a small team of two - Kirsten Dahlerup and Steve Burns. Between us we have over 40 years of experience working one to one with over 6,000 clients. We work in very (very) different ways using different modalities, so it is rare that we can't help a client change. Kirsten for example has a passion for and specialises in healing childhood trauma whilst Steve is more focussed around addictions, phobias and emotional coaching. I initially went to see Kirsten for support after my friend was diagnosed with stage four cancer. A year later, I was still struggling to cope emotionally. After just one session, the daily crying stopped and the ongoing sense of dread had gone. I later continued working with Kirsten for an additional eight hours to address various childhood issues. I had assumed these were things I would simply live with, but through our work together they no longer carry emotional weight. My perspective on the past has shifted, and a long-standing fear of intimacy has resolved. I now journal and meditate regularly, which has contributed to a greater sense of balance and inner peace. There were also several unexpected positive changes that emerged without being directly addressed in sessions. I no longer experience work-related anxiety, I stopped smoking, stopped biting my nails, and my relationship with time has changed - days no longer feel rushed, and I feel more present and grounded. Writing this review after 9 days of no vaping! A lifetime of smoking / vaping is now over with. Ive had a few "urges" but the session made it really easy to cope with. Thankyou Steve.
Steve is simply the best coach one could ask for. Experienced, kind and firm. You work hard for great results, but the outcome was so noticeable that my two kids who had no idea I was working with Steve, commented independantly about how much happier I seemed... Highly recommend.
I have tried many psychologists, hypnotherapists and counsellors over the years with little impact. Steve is different, from our first to last session he has had a meaningful and lasting impact on my mental health. He really does go above and beyond and takes a real interest in helping you. I can not recommend him highly enough
