sent in a pendant to GLD for a replacement and was told it would be handled, but they sent me back the exact same pendant with no changes made. There was no explanation, no note, and no resolution. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via email and through the support messaging system on their website, but I haven’t received any response. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially after trusting them with a return/replacement process. This experience made me feel ignored as a customer. If you need support or after-purchase service, be cautious—communication has been nonexistent in my case. The original date of purchase was BLACK FRIDAY I reached out to support right after and my pendant issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED !!!! Someone help me please because wtf
yall made it difficult not to purchase the items. A discount and a free chain? I cannot wait to see what all the hypes about with these chains! Ive lowkey wanted one for awhile now so I am super excited to check out that quality!
