United StatesFrom sales to customer service we were very pleased with their service. Our sales person, Tory, was extremely helpful helping us go through their many styles so we could get something similar is look and feel to what we already had before. Our seating was shipped to us quickly, but unfortunately we had a few issues with 3 of the 4 theater chairs. However, Cherise in customer service, quickly dealt with them by offering us partial money back on two chairs and replaced one chair than had too many issues with it to fix. At this point, we would definitely recommend the company.

We were able to determine the issue and put a plan in place to order a replacement chaise lounge. It felt great that Theater Seat Store is honoring their guarantee and I appreciate them ordering a new one. We love our Seats and would recommend the store to others.
